At some point a creator working with LTX-2.3 hits a wall the API cannot get them over: they want to see the middle of the process. Not a prompt and a finished file, but the stages between — where the LoRA loads, where the sampler runs, where audio and video latents come together. That is what the node graph gives you, and it is worth learning for the same reason node-based compositing was worth learning.
