Delivery: Reframe and HDR
- →Plan a multi-ratio delivery from one master using the real reframe ratio and resolution table
- →Predict where generative fill will hold up and where it will betray you, and shoot to avoid the second case
- →Budget a reframe and HDR pass from the published per-second rates before committing to a deliverables list
- →Explain what a colorist receives from the HDR endpoint and why its frame caps shape your shot lengths
Delivery is where generative work stops being a demo. Two endpoints do this job, and they are far less alike than their names suggest. Reframe is a finishing tool you can run across a whole piece. HDR is a hero-shot tool with caps tight enough to shape how you plan your shots in the first place.
Reframe takes a finished video and re-composes it for another aspect ratio, generating the pixels that were never in frame. It requires ltx-2-3-pro, runs as an async job only, and accepts an input up to 60s / 1800 frames — whichever you hit first.
